Return & Refund Policy

At AB Aroma, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring every fragrance is delivered in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

You may request a return only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or broken.
  • The item is missing from your order.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened.
  • In its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

  • The perfume has been opened or used.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product was purchased during a clearance or final sale (unless damaged or incorrect).

Order Cancellation

You cannot cancel order after 12 hours

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), AB Aroma will bear all return shipping costs.
  • If a return is approved for any other reason, shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
