Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time

- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-8 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹899
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations.
AB Aroma reserves the right to refuse COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.
Damaged or Missing Packages
